精密注塑机的结构特点 Structure Characteristics of Precision Injection Molding Machine 1) 由于精密注射机注射压力高,这就要强调合模系统的刚度。动、定模板的平行度控制在0.05~0.08mm 的范围内。 1) Because of the high injection pressure of the precision injection machine, the stiffness of the clamping system should be emphasized. The parallelism of moving and fixed formwork is controlled in the range of 0.05-0.08mm. 2) 要求对低压模具的保护及合模力大小精度的控制。因为合模力的大小要影响模具变形的程度,最终要影响到制件的尺寸公差。 2) Require the protection of low-pressure die and the control of the precision of closing force. Because the size of clamping force will affect the degree of die deformation, and ultimately affect the dimensional tolerance of the parts. 3) 启、闭模速度要快,一般在60mm/s左右。 3) Mould opening and closing speed should be fast, generally around 60 mm/s. 4) 塑化部件: 螺杆、螺杆头、止逆环、料筒等, 要设计成塑化能力强、均化程度好、注射效率高的结构形式;螺杆驱动扭矩要大,并能无级变速。 4) Plastic parts: screw, screw head, check ring, barrel, etc., should be designed into a structure with strong plasticizing ability, good homogenization degree and high injection efficiency; screw drive torque should be large, and can continuously change speed. |
